If you have a vendor
If your kitchen already orders through an approved Poulet Bleu vendor, that’s the path for you. Pricing, allocations and deliveries are coordinated vendor-side.
If you don’t
Chefs without an assigned vendor or vendor coverage in their delivery area can apply for direct wholesale. Approval is not automatic — it depends on coverage and existing assignments.

We check whether your account is already covered by an approved vendor. Your application tells us which vendor, if any.
Delivery-area coverage
Your delivery ZIP tells us whether your kitchen sits inside our shipping footprint today.
Service volume
Expected volume helps us plan capacity for your account. It isn’t a commitment — it’s context.
Submitting the application is not a confirmation of approval. We’ll follow up directly with next steps.
